      山东大学晶体材料研究所教授,博士生导师。教育部2007年度“新世纪优秀人才”。主要从事宽带隙半导体晶体的生长以及纳米材料的制备及应用研究,作为项目负责人先后承担了国家863项目、国家自然科学基金、教育部重点项目、山东省优秀中青年科学家科研奖励基金以及山东省自然科学基金等项目;另外,作为主要参加人员,参与了国家创新研究群体、国家973项目、国家自然科学基金重大项目等研究工作。在包括Chem. Mater.; J. Phys. Chem. B等学术期刊上发表论文七十余篇,并申请国家发明专利15项,其中10项已得到授权。
